WIOA Title I – Career Services

The Workforce Investment Board of Tulare County is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure qualified sub-recipient(s) to enter into a one-year (1) contract beginning July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, for the delivery of WIOA Career Services at the WIB’s Employment Connection Comprehensive Centers in Visalia and Porterville and also at Affiliate Sites in the cities of Tulare and Dinuba. The WIB has the option to extend the contract(s) for three (3) additional, one-year periods based on demonstrated program performance, and availability of funds.

Respondents are invited to submit a proposal(s) in accordance with the instructions in this RFP. The Request for Proposal and Attachments are available by clicking the links below. The request is available starting 2/17/2021 and closes 4/9/2021.

The Workforce Investment Board of Tulare County is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure qualified sub-recipients to enter into a one-year (1) contract beginning July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, for the delivery of WIOA Youth Program services for out-of-school youth (OSY) ages 16-24 and in-school youth (ISY) ages 16-21 in the Porterville, Visalia, Tulare Dinuba/Orosi, and Exeter/Farmersville areas. The WIB has the option to extend the contract(s) for three (3) additional, one-year periods based on demonstrated program performance, and availability of funds.
