These services provide wage reimbursement, training support, and access to qualified job seekers—reducing hiring costs while building a strong local workforce. Transitional Jobs and Work experience
Rapid Response is a series of customized, confidential, and convenient services for businesses during downsizing, restructuring or closures. It is a cooperative effort between the Workforce Investment Board of Tulare County (WIB), the Employment Connection of Tulare County, the Employment Development Department (EDD), and other community agencies to enable affected workers to return to work as quickly as possible by connecting them to training and re-employment opportunities.
