Employment Connection System
The Employment Connection is Tulare County's local brand for the one-stop system. It is co-branded with California's brand of America's Job Center of California "AJCC" one-stop system network. The Employment Connection system includes twenty local partner organizations and agencies committed to providing employment and educational services to Tulare County residents.

AJCC Certification Baseline Criteria
The baseline America’s Job Center of California (AJCC) Certification is intended to ensure that every affiliate/specialized AJCC follows key Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) statutory and regulatory requirements.

The America’s Job Center of California (AJCC) Certification Indicator Assessment is intended to encourage continuous improvement by identifying areas where an AJCC is exceeding quality expectations, as well as areas where improvement is needed.
