Meet the driving force behind the success of our workforce development initiatives – the Workforce Investment Board (WIB) Board of Directors. Comprising dedicated individuals with a shared commitment to the prosperity of Tulare County, our Board plays a pivotal role in shaping and steering the workforce development system. The Board is comprised of public and private sector stakeholders.

WIB meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month at 7:30 a.m. located at 309 W. Main St. Suite 130, Visalia, CA unless otherwise noted.
