Meet the driving force behind the success of our workforce development initiatives – the Workforce Investment Board (WIB) Board of Directors. Comprising dedicated individuals with a shared commitment to the prosperity of Tulare County, our Board plays a pivotal role in shaping and steering the workforce development system.
