The Workforce Investment Board of Tulare County (WIB) is on a mission to create a thriving, inclusive, and prosperous community where individuals find high-quality jobs and businesses access skilled workers. We are currently seeking four passionate and dedicated Workforce Development Analysts to join our team and contribute to the development, coordination, and evaluation of various workforce development programs.

The Role of a Workforce Development Analyst: As a Workforce Development Analyst, your primary responsibility is to support the WIB's mission by helping to design, implement, and evaluate workforce development programs that address the needs of workers, businesses, and the community. Some of the key duties of this role include:

  1. Assisting with the development and coordination of workforce development programs.

  2. Researching, compiling, and analyzing data to inform program planning and decision-making.

  3. Developing and maintaining partnerships with businesses, education institutions, and community organizations.

  4. Coordinating occupational skills training and engaging businesses in regional collaborative opportunities.

  5. Ensuring compliance with regulations, contract agreements, and fiscal program performance.

  6. Evaluating and monitoring program performance using data-driven methods.

  7. Making presentations to the Workforce Investment Board, community partners, and subcontractors.
