Good Jobs Challenge
Aligning Training and Jobs to Meet Regional Workforce Needs
Welcome
The Good Jobs Challenge is a regional initiative designed to connect individuals with in-demand careers by aligning industry, education, and workforce systems. Led locally by the Workforce Investment Board of Tulare County (WIB), this initiative brings partners together to identify workforce needs, shape training programs, and build strong career pathways that lead to good jobs in our community.

As the convener and grant lead, the WIB coordinates collaboration between local employers, educators, and community partners to ensure training is relevant, job-focused, and accessible. This page is your central hub for updates on the initiative’s progress.
