Pipeline Connections

A Curated List of Industry-Preferred Training Programs

Welcome to Pipeline Connections

Your go-to place for finding industry-preferred training programs in our region. The Workforce Investment Board of Tulare County, in collaboration with local industry leaders and education partners, guided a three-part evaluation process of the regional training curriculum. This process, part of the Good Jobs Challenge initiative, helped identify the programs employers prefer to prepare workers for critical industrial jobs within the region. The outcome is a simple, reliable list of training options that help grow skills and build a stronger workforce.

Whether you're an employer looking to train your team, a partner making referrals, or a provider wanting to meet industry needs, Pipeline Connections connects you to the programs local employers prefer, making it easier to find talented full-time workers, apprentices, or interns.
