The Workforce Investment Board (WIB) of Tulare County is pleased to invite you to submit a response to our Creative Marketing and Media Services Request for Quotes (RFQ) to become a Qualified Vendor for the WIB.
We welcome submissions from vendors providing a range of creative marketing and media services, including but not limited to photography, videography, web, and graphic design.
Public Comment
The Workforce Investment Board of Tulare County (WIB) invites public comments on the WIB’s Program Year (PY) 2025-2028 Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) Local Plan and the San Joaquin Valley and Associated Counties Regional Planning Unit PY 2025-2025 Regional Plan.
Members of the public, including representatives from business and labor organizations, to review the draft plans and submit feedback during the 30-day public comment period, which runs from March 5, 2025, to April 4, 2025.
